Squaredeal ("we," "us") is an early-access program operated by [Company legal name]. This page covers the information we collect when you visit this website, join the early-access list, or book a call with us.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you book a call or join the early-access list, we collect your name, email address, company name, and anything you choose to share about your business.
- Scheduling. Call booking is handled by Calendly; the information you enter there is processed under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with us to run the call.
- Analytics & advertising. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google tag to measure whether our ads work (pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location, device info, cookie identifiers). Meta and Google process this data under their own policies (Meta, Google).
- Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested), kept for security and debugging.
What we use it for
- Responding to you and scheduling the call you asked for
- Telling you about early access to the product (you can opt out anytime)
- Measuring and improving our advertising
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't send text messages to anyone who visits this site. (The product we're building texts a business's customers only with that business's authorization — that service has its own terms and policies.)
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers named above (Calendly, Meta, Google, and our cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services), and if the law requires it. That's it.
Retention & your choices
We keep early-access contact information until you ask us to delete it or the program ends. Email us and we'll delete your information, show you what we have, or correct it — whichever you ask. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable law; the same email works for those requests.
